Riverdale Country School Names Milstein Terrace to Recognize Longtime Support
September 22nd, 2011In recognition of the Milstein family’s longtime support of Riverdale Country School (RCS), the school honored the family with the naming of the Milstein Terrace. The naming ceremony took place on September 22, 2011, in the dining room on the RCS Hill Campus, with the entire Board of Trustees present, joined by Abby Milstein, Howard P. Milstein (RCS ’69), and Michael Milstein (RCS ’07). The Milstein Terrace was created as a part of the renovation of the dining room and will provide an outdoor dining option to faculty and students on the Hill Campus. The Milstein Terrace overlooks the RCS’s athletic field, with Van Cortlandt Park visible in the distance.
