5th Annual Zuccotti Award for Leadership Presented by Howard Milstein to Rick Cotton
May 11th, 2021On May 7, 2021, Howard P. Milstein presented Rick Cotton, Executive Director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, with the John E. Zuccotti Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2021 Regional Plan Association Virtual Event. This award is given to a leader who has displayed exceptional accomplishments and service in the public interest. It is named for the late John E. Zuccotti, who had a distinguished career as a public official and led with incomparable strength, integrity, and values during some of New York City’s most difficult times.
